New Horizon's in Marlborough Massachusetts and it's sister facility in Woburn, were developed in 1990 and 1992 by Cummings Foundation with strong financial support from Cummings Properties. Since then, the Cummings family has given away more than $200 million to eastern Massachusetts-based charities, mostly through Cummings Foundation, Inc.
From its beginnings in 1970, Cummings Properties has evolved into one of the most prominent full-service commercial real estate firms in the Boston area, as well as one of the most financially solid real estate firms in the country.
